Our story

Built by two brothers.

After years working as full-time carpenters, brothers Stephen and Mark Bishop knew their constructive knowledge wasn't being used to its full potential working for someone else. So they built a company around one idea: the highest quality workmanship at competitive prices, with core values strong enough to build a workforce on.

Today IRL Construction employs over 40 staff — qualified carpenters, skilled labourers and hungry apprentices — growing organically and promoting from within. Work smart, work hard: it's in our DNA.
